我国的城市市政公用行业由于投资主体单一、缺乏竞争、效率低下、服务质量差等特点,急需市场化以激活民间资本,提高公共产品的供给效率。本文分析了城市市政公用行业的现状,市场化的趋势、依据、模式以及市场化对政府治理结构的影响。

The municipal engineering sector in China is characteristic of sole investment body, lack of competition, inefficiency and poor quality. Therefore, the sector needs to be pushed into the market economy to attract private investment and improve the supplying efficiency of municipal works. The paper analyzes the situation of municipal engineering sector, the trends of market economy, the theoretical foundation and models as well as their influence on the rectification structure of governments.
