元认知与学生学习的指导

摘要 元认知是学习者对自己学习的心理活动的认识与调节,即人在学习中的自我意识与自我调节。学生元认知水平如何是影响其学习成效的一个重要因素。作为教师,在教学中要加强对学生学习的指导,有目的、有意识地培养和训练学生的元认知能力,使学生学会学习,学有成效。 Metacognition is for learners to realize and monitor their own psychological activities in learning, i.e. is the self_consciousness and self_monitoring in their learning. Learners' metacognition level has a key effect on their learning achievement. Accordingly, on the teacher's part, tutorials to students, learning activities should be enhanced, and conscious cultivation and training of their metacognition abilities should be given so as to improve their metacognition and help them to acquire the way to learn effectively.
