摘要
研究了以褐煤制成的活性炭为吸收剂、烟煤制成的活性炭为催化剂的活性炭烟气深度净化过滤器对垃圾焚烧烟气中有毒、有害物质的吸附规律 .研究结果表明 ,活性炭烟气净化过滤器可以有效地吸附垃圾焚烧烟气中的SO2 、HCl、NOx、PCDD/PCDF、重金属颗粒等有毒、有害物质 ,过滤后的烟气中SO2 最大排放浓度为 1.9mg/Nm3,HCl最大排放浓度为 0 .85mg/Nm3、NOx 最大排放浓度为 112mg/Nm3、CO平均排放浓度 10mg/Nm3、重金属Hg的最大浓度为 15 .9μg/Nm3、重金属As、Cr、Co、Cu、Mn、Ni、Pb、Sb、Sn、V的最大浓度为 2 43 .7μg/Nm3、最小为 92 .6μg/Nm3、Cd、Ti的最大浓度为 16.9μg/Nm3、PCDD/PCDF的浓度小于 0 .0 5ng/Nm3,使垃圾焚烧产生的烟气满足环保要求 ,为活性炭净化过滤器在烟气深度净化中的实际提供了依据 .
This paper deals with studies on how the flue gas filter, which uses the active carbon made from brown coal as sorbent and the active carbon made from bituminous coal as catalyst, adsorbs the poisonous and hazardous materials in garbage burning. The results indicate that active carbon filter for cleaning of flue gas can effectively adsorb SO 2, HCl, NO x , PCDD/PCDF, heavy metal particles and other harmful materials. After filtration, so the flue gas produced in garbage burning can meet the requirements of environmental protection, which lays the basis for the application of the active carbon filter for advanced cleaning of flue gas.
