摘要
本文试将情感智力的概念导入领导科学研究,逐步阐述了“领导者的情感智力”的涵义、特点和三个方而的内容(情感的自控力、感知力、凝聚力)。文章还分析了领导者需把握和处置好的诸种矛盾关系,提出要在实践中加强磨砺和修炼,改善心智模式,提高情感智力,以完善人格、更好地肩负起领导工作的重任。
This article tries to convey the notion of emotional intellectuality into the research of science of leadership, and clarifies the connotation, characteristics and the three contents (emotional self-control、 sense perception and cohesive force) of the leader' s emotional intellectuality gradually. It also analyzes the relationship of various kinds of contradiction which the leader must handle well, and it suggests that the leader steel himself in practice, amend intelligence mode, improve emotional intellectuality, so as to perfect his personality and be qualified to take on the responsibilities as the leader.
