先天性耳前瘘管遗传特征的流行病学调查

Epidemiologic Investigations on Genetic Character of Congenital Preauricularfistala

作者自１９８２年２月至１９９０年８月８年多时间内用系谱分析方法，对先天性耳前瘘管进行了遗传流行病学调查，肯定了该病的遗传特征为“染色体显性遗传伴外显不全”，本研究还发现了该病的另一特征，即：患病体侧的家族一致性。通过探讨本病的遗传特征，对进一步提高对本病的认识，对指导优生优育避免生出有缺陷的病儿，提供了较有价值的参考。
