江西省政府“山上建绿色银行,果业挑大梁”的发展战略要求加快水果业产业化进程,而目前发展水果业的关键是将种植农户组织起来,才可以实现水果业的规模化、标准化和市场化等产业化要求。参考国际国内经验,合作社是一种较为理想的选择模式。
