改革开放以来,安徽省在调整产业结构方面取得一定进展,但远远落后于发达地区。安徽产业结构升级缓慢,既有资源禀赋的约束,也有历史问题的影响,更由于政府发展战略的不连续和创新能力的缺乏。因此,必须抓住机遇,正确选择主导产业,加速融入“长三角”经济圈,大力发展高新技术产业,使安徽的经济发展跟上全国步伐,经济地位得以迅速提升。

Whether Anhui Province could seize the opportunity in the course of the new round of industrial structure upgrading in our country of the first 20 years in this century? The question connect with whether the whole economic development in the 21st century of Anhui could keep up with national paces and economic status could be promoted .This article analysis the present conditions of industry development of Anhui and put forward the reason of the slowness industrial structure upgrading. The article believe that there are several reasons, such as the restrain of the resources, the affect of the historical problems, the discontinuity of the government's development strategy and the short of ideas. In order to accelerate the paces of industrial structure adjustment of Anhui,we must choose the leading industry correctly and develop the new high-tech industry in a more cost-effective manner.
