云南省HIV感染的流行现状研究（1989～1992）

本文总结了云南省１９８９～１９９２年常规监测和哨点监测的监测结果。１９９２年静脉吸毒感染率瑞丽市为８０．８％，陇川县为４３．０％，盈江县为１７．４％，潞西县为３．７％，昆明市为０。比较三个县（市）的１９９０、１９９２年静脉吸毒感染率的变化，瑞丽市增长１２．８个百分点，陇川县增长８．２个百分点，潞西县未见增长：哨点监测，陇川县戒毒所哨点、瑞丽市无关联血清哨点呈现增长；思茅在卖淫者中检出ＨＩＶ（＋）者，检出率为３．６％，西双版纳在嫖客中检出ＨＩＶ（＋）者，检出率为９．１％。

his paper summarized the results of routine surveillance,sentinel surveillance in Yunnan province during the period of 1986 to 1992.In 1992,HIV infection rates of intra-venous drug users(IDUs)were 80.7% inRuili city, 43.0%in Longchuan county,17.4%in Yinjiang county,3.7%in Luxi county and0 in Kunming city respectively; the comparisonof the change on the HIV infection rate ofIDUs between 1990 and 1992 showed that therate in Ruili city increased by 12.8%,the ratein Longchuan grew by 8.2%,but the rate inLuxi did not go up;On the sentinel surveil-lance,the rates in Longchuan- drug treatmentcenter went up. In Shimao,the HIV positivewere detected in prostitutes and the HIV posi-tive rate was 3.6%. In Xishuangbanna,the HIVpositive percentage among sex clients was9.1%.
