Paying attention to the position of the foundation and guide of physics in science and technology. This paper outlines the importance of improving students' ability to learn physics, analyzes the reason why some university students are incompetent to learn and with bad effect, points out that teachers must develop students' interest and initiation of learning in order to improve students' learning ability and effect.
