摘要
利用臭氧氧化法处理糖蜜酒精废液,碱性条件下其反应机理属于自由基型反应。通过正交实验确定影响因素的主次为:氧化时间→臭氧流量→反应温度→废液pH值;最佳工艺条件组合为:时间90min、流量0.10m3/h、温度60℃、pH9.0,脱色率为56.92%。
The experiment was carried on the waste liquid of molasses alcohol by the way of ozone oxidation and found out that reaction mechanism was free radical reaction under alkaline condition. With orthogonal experiment, we draw the conclusion of primary and secondary factors and the turn is : time → flow →pH→temperature. The optimum condition is made up of :time is 90 minutes,flow is 0.10m3/h,temperature is 60℃,pH is 9.0. The decolour rate of optimizing with the best condition is 56.92%
