摘要 探讨了利用肺音参数做为量化指际,对高频喷射通气(HFJV)进行定量化管理的可能。研究发现:因白噪声的干扰,不宜用直接声强度测定方法研究 HFJV时驱动压与肺音关系,吸气相肺音强度较呼气相明显强,且吸气相包络幅值与驱动压正相关,肺音功率谱呈指数衰减曲线,气管音中含有哮呜音。经对比,初步认为HFJV下肺音与正常呼吸音相同。 In order to determine the quantitative criteria for the optimal management of HFJV, the characteristices of lung sounds undergoing HFJV when driving pressure (DP) from 0. 6 kPa to 1. 4 kPa were investigated. It was difficult to disclose the relationship between lung sounds and DP by measuring the sound mien sity. The best point of sound pickup was at trachea. The intensity of lung sound during inspiration phase is stronger than that of expira- tion. There is a positive correlation between the envelop of tracheal breath sounds and DP. Wheezing which is relate to DP is consisted within the tracheal breath sounds of the inspi ration phase. After comparison, it is suggested that the lung sounds undergoing HFJV is similar with the normal breath sounds.
