住院精神疾病患者药物治疗临床分析

A clinical analysis of pharmacotherapies in inpatients with mental disorders

目的 :分析目前住院精神疾病患者所接受的药物治疗是否规范。 方法 :采用自行设计的问卷 ,调查湖南省 7所精神病院住院病人 6 5 8例用药情况。 结果 :6 2 .6 %的病人为单一用药。精神分裂症治疗最常用药物是氯氮平 (4 1 .9% ) ,最常用的联合用药为氯氮平 +舒必利 ;情感障碍治疗最常用药物是碳酸锂 (4 1 .8% ) ,最常用的联合用药是碳酸锂 +氯氮平。 结论 :多数精神病院的住院病人的用药是规范的 。

Objective:To assess whether the psychopharmacotherapies,which the inpatients with mental disorders had taken were standardized. Method:The medicine used in 658 inpatients with mental disorders were analyzed. Results:62.2% of the inpatients had been taking single medicine. The most commonly used drug for schizophrenics were clozapine (41.9%), the most common combination was clozapine with sulpiride. The most commonly used medicine to treat affective disorders was lithium carbonate (41.8%), the most common combination was lithium carbonate with clozapine. Conclusion:The psychopharmacotherapies in most mental hospitals were standardized, while some improper prescriptions existed yet.
