RP-HPLC法测定小儿炎咽口服冲剂中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of baicalin in Xiao’er Yanyan Koufu Chongji by RP-HPLC

目的:测定小儿炎咽口服冲剂中有效成分黄苓苷的含量.方法:采用RP-HPLC法,用Spe-park C18柱,甲醇-水-磷酸(48:54:0.2)为流动相,检波长280 nm.结果:黄苓苷在0.04～0.20 mg/ml范围内呈线性关系,r=0.9995.结论:方法简便,准确,专属性强.

Objective:To determine the effective contents of baicalin in Xiao’er Yanyan Koufu Chongji.Methods:With RP-HPLC method,chromatographic conditions including Spe-park C 18 column and the mobile phase,methanol-water-phosphoric acid(48∶54∶0.2),was used and detected by UV spectrometry at280nm.Results:The calibration curves were linear relation between0.04~0.20mg/ml(r=0.9995).Conclusion:The method is simple,exact and single.
