The good manufacturing quality for piston is the key factor to ensure its reliability.In the light of the characteristics of the new structural steel head and aluminium skirt piston of 240/275 series diesel engine,the researches on improving the quality on the cretical locations of and key processes for piston head,skirt and connecting bolt have been made and the batch production quality of piston can be guranteed.
