摘要
采用阻断升主动脉和腔奇静脉配合心脏停跳液灌注的方法,造成犬循环骤停18分钟后复苏,恢复循环,采取组间复合对照法,研究强力宁的脑复苏效应。结果表明,强力宁可保护脑SOD、GSH-PX、CPK和LDH活性,减少GSH丧失,降低MDA含量,抑制脑水肿,减轻缺血性脑损伤,显示良好的脑复苏作用。
Three groups of dogs were used for investigation, Group A (n = 4 )underwent the anesthesia and operation without circulatory arrest, Group B (n= 6 ) and Group C (n = 6)underwent 18 minute circulatory arrest induced by occluding ascending aorta,superior vana cava,inferior vena cava and azgyous vein and perfusing heart,dexamethesone (lmg/kg) and mannitol (1.5g/ kg)were administered during the Period of & hours after CPc. In addition,the animals of Group C potenline (40ml/kg) were also administered intravenously after CPR. Changes of MDA, SOD,GSH,GSH-Px, CPK and LDH activities or concentrations in brain tissue were determined and the pathologic changes of the cortex were examined by using optical and electonic microscope. The results showed that potenline could reduce lipid peroxidation, and ameliorate morphologic damages. It is concluded that potenline has protective effects on cerebral is chemic injury following circulatory a rsest.
