摘要
根据ＣＴ扫描图像诊断为肾癌患者１３７例，经病理证实ＣＴ诊断者１３１例，诊断准确率９５．６％。按照Ｒｏｂｓｏｎ分期标准，ＣＴ分期与病理对照准确率８３．２％。对肾癌的ＣＴ诊断及分期标准进行了探讨，并分析了肾癌ＣＴ分期的失误原因。
CT diagnosis and staging of renal cell Carcinoma in 137 cases was evaluated. The diagnosis was confirmed pathologically in 131 (95. 6 %) and the coincident rate of staging according to the Robson's criteria has been 83. 2 %.CT criteria in the diasnosis and staging of renall cell carcinoma have been discussed and the pit falls in CT staging were analysed.
