对政府信息公开的主体模式进行系统研究,认为政府信息公开的主体结构主要涉及权利与义务主体、服务主体、管理主体和监督与咨询主体,并对上述主体的构成特点进行探讨;在分析我国政府信息公开主体构成现状的基础上,对我国政府信息公开主体的构成与完善提出若干建议。

Disclosure of government information has become an important issue of democracy and rule with law in the age of informa-tion. This paper systematically researches the subject structure of disclosure of government information, whose content includes the sub-ject of rights and obligations, the subject of service, the subject of management, the subject of consultation and supervision, and soon. Then the paper analyzed the constitutional features of the subjects mentioned above. In addition, the current situation of the sub-jects disclosure are also analyzed, and some suggestions are made for establishment and improvement of the subjects disclosure of gov-ernment information in China.
