也谈“核心期刊认识上的误区”——兼与尧水根先生商榷

On Misunderstanding of Core Journals——Discussion with Mr. Yao Shuigen

从核心期刊的概念发展、本质属性、评价研究、专家论断、文献数量和相互关系等方面论证核心期刊就是高质量期刊;核心期刊是动态发展的,是学科期刊内容质量等集聚程度的现实反映;核心期刊的学术评价功能建立在评价指标定量和定性分析基础之上,是不容否定和置疑的事实;同时,分析核心期刊认识上存在的其他几种误区。

This article demonstrates that core journals are equal to high quality journals. It is believed that core journals develop dy-namically, and they can somehow reflect the quality of the papers published on the journals since the core journals are usually evaluatedon the basis of the qualitative and guantitative analyses of the evaluation indexes. It is no doubt that their fuction can not be neglectedin evaluating the academic articles. Furthermore, some misunderstandings of core journals are also discussed in this paper.
