膀胱癌耐药细胞株MDR_1基因表达水平的检测

Detection o MDR 1 gene expression in drug-resistant bladder cancer cell line

为探讨膀胱癌耐药细胞亚系ＢＩＵ－８７ＰＲ的耐药机理，我们应用ＭＤＲ_１ｃＤＮＡ探针检测了该细胞株ＭＤＲ_１基因的表达情况，ＲＮＡ斑点杂交结果表明：膀胱癌亲代细胞株ＢＩＵ－８７为阴性，而ＢＩＵ－８７ＰＲ耐药细胞株呈阳性。提示该低度耐药细胞株的耐药机理可能与ＭＤＲ_１基因的表达有关。

MDR1 mRNA level was measured in bladder cancer cell lines, BIU-87 and BIU-87PR by dot blot analysis,in order to study the mechanism of ADR-resistant bladder cancer cell line BIU-87PR, It found that BIU-87PR cell line had a low expressinoof MDR1 gene,while the parent cell lint BIU-87 did not.The results suggest that ADR-resistance of BIU-87PR is associated with the expression of MDR1 gene.
