HESW与羟基喜树碱对体外人膀胱癌细胞协同作用的研究 被引量:2

The synergistic effects of high energy shock waves and 10-hydroxyl camptothecinum on human bladder tumor cell line in vetro

摘要 ESWL-Ⅲ/2M型液电碎石机产生的HESW(200SW)与10-羟基喜树碱(0.1μg/ml)单纯或联合作用体外人膀胱癌细胞(BT5637),观察各组癌细胞的细胞生物学特性变化。结果表明单纯冲击波组癌细胞5天后可恢复原有生长能力,而联合组却不能。联合组癌细胞的存活率、分裂指数、集落形成率与对照组、药物组和冲击波组比较明显降低,P<0.01。联合组癌细胞膜、核膜、线粒体、内质网等超微结构受损最严重,表明冲击波与抗癌药物对体外肿瘤细胞急性致死和生长抑制有协同作用。 We have studied the synergistic effects of HESW (electrohydraulically,generated by ESWL-III/2M type, 200sw)alone or in combination with 10-hydroxyl camptothecinum(0.1ug/ml) on human bladder tumor cell line(BT5637). The changes of celluar biological characteristics in each group were observed. When NESW was admlnistered alone,temporary inhibitation of tumor cell growth was observed. The tumor cells of HESW group regained its original growth potentias on the fifth day after HESW adminstration. The tumor cells of combination group can not recover its original growth potential and the viability, mitotic index and colony forming rate decreased markedly(P< 0.01). Uitrastructural changes were most obvious in the combination group.These results indicate that HESW combined with chemotherapeutic agents have high synergistic lethal and growth inhibitation effects on tumor cells in vetro.
