女性下尿路梗阻的尿流动力学及处理（附42例报告）

Urodynamic studies and treatment in female lower urinary tract obstruction(report of 42 cases)

１９８５年８月～１９９３年４月对４２例女性下尿路梗阻患者行尿流动力学检查，包括尿流率、膀胱容积压力测定、尿道分布压及尿道外括约肌肌电图，结合Ｂ超及尿道镜观察，全部明确诊断，手术处理及药物治疗，疗效满意。对女性下尿路梗阻的病因，尿流动力学诊断意义及女性膀胱内颈梗阻原因进行讨论。

Between Aug. 1985 to April. 1993,urodynamic findings including urinary flow rate, cystometry, urethral pressure profile and sphincter electromyography were evaluated in 42 cases of female lower urinary tract obstruction.The diagnosis was achieved with ultraonic scanning and urethralscopy in all. TUR and drug therapy were carried out with satisfactory result.The etiology of female lower urinary tract obstruction, the significance of urodynamic studies and the cause of female bladder neck obstruction were discussed.
