改良Stamey手术治疗压力性尿失禁（附32例报告）

Modified stamey procedure for stress urinary incontinence

报告１９８６年７月以来应用Ｓｔａｍｅｙ手术，并以自制长导针将该法加以改进治疗女性压力性尿失禁共３２例，无明显并发症。术后平均随访３．６年，治愈９０．６％（２９／３２），改善６．２％（２／３２），失败３．２％（１／３２），并就Ｓｔａｍｅｙ手术的手术径路，尿道膀胱连接部的确认和悬吊力量大小的确定进行讨论。

An improved stamey procedure manipulated with a special self-made long needle was performed between July 1986 to December 1993 for 32 cases of female stress incontinence, No significant complication appeared after operation,the patients have been followed up for 5～84months with a mean of 42 months. Excellent result has been achieved in 90.6% (29/32),improvement in 6.3% (2/32) and failure in 3.1%(1/32).The surgical approach,identification of urethrovesical junction and thesuspensible strength were discussed.
