慢性肾功能衰竭湿热证形成机制探讨

Study on Mechanisms of Forming of Damp-heat Syndrome of Chronic Renal Failure

对慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)湿热证的形成机制、主要病理表现、临床转归以及运用湿温理论对 CRF 湿热证辨治进行了探讨,得出以下结论:(1)禀赋不足,阴阳偏颇是 CRF 湿热证形成的重要内因;(2)“肾主水液”障碍是 CRF 湿热证形成的根本原因;(3)脾胃湿热是 CRF 湿热证的重要临床表现;(4)CRF 湿热证的病理过程及转归;(5)温病学理论在 CRF 辨证施治中有重要意义。通过以上探讨,力求为 CRF 的中医研究提供新的思路和方法。

Treatment of damp heat syndrome of chronic renal failure based on syndrome differentiation is studied by means of its forming mechanisms,main pathological manifestations,clinical changes and damp-warm theory.Conclusion:(1)Congenital defect and imbalance between Yin and Yang are the important endopathic cause of formation of damp-heat syndrome of chronic renal failure;(2)Disturbance of“the kidney being in charge of water and fluid”is the root cause of damp-heat syndrome of chronic renal failure;(3)Damp-heat of the spleen and stomach is the important clinical manifestations;(4)Pathological process and changes of damp heat syndrome of chronic renal failure;(5)Doctrine of epidemic febrile disease is of an important significance in the treatment of chronic renal failure based on syndrome differentiation.
