摘要 介绍了柑桔黄龙病病原认识过程、病害田间诊断、指示植物鉴定、病原显微镜观察、血清学、DNA-DNA杂交和PCR检测等方法。 Recent advances in the research of huanglongbing pathogen are summarized. Field diagnoses of the disease and detection by biological indexing, electron microscopy, serological identification, DNA-DNA hybridization and PCR were also introduced in this paper.
