骨尤文氏瘤与原始神经外胚层肿瘤的鉴别诊断:临床、影像与病理对比研究

Differential diagnosis between ETB and PNET:A comparative study of clin ic,imaging and pathology

目的探讨骨尤文氏瘤与原始神经外胚层肿瘤影像学表现。方法对尤文氏瘤9例,原始神经外胚层肿瘤4例临床表现与部分影像检查及病理,进行回顾性分析对比。结果影像上,两者均有沿长轴发展趋向、长骨同心园征象及短针状新生骨,但两者起病缓急与病程进展不同,病灶两边缘形态,产生新生骨多少及增强扫描强化程度亦不同。结论尤文氏瘤与原始神经外胚层肿瘤临床与影像学上存在差别,可资两者鉴别。

Purpose To discuss imaging findings between Ewing' s tumor and primitive nervectoblast tumor.Methods Imaging findings of 9cases of Ewing' s sarcoma and 4cases of primitive nervectoblast sarcoma were analyzed an d compared retrospectively.Results Both of them displayed the developme nt along to long -axis,concentric -s ign of long bone,hour -hand -like new ly bone but there were differencet both in progress of cour se of disease,form of lesions the num bers the newly bone and the enhance extent of the lesions.Conclusion There were differences between ETB a nd PNET in the clinic and the imaging f indings.Clinic combined with image will be helpful to their differentiation di agnosis.[
