二尖瓣闭锁二维超声心动图图像特征研究

Research into 2DE imaging features of congenital mitral atresia

目的研究先天性心脏病二尖瓣闭锁二维超声心动图图像特征。方法应用二维超声心动图检查二尖瓣闭锁6例,其中4例有心血管造影对照,3例经手术证实。结果二维超声心动图对4例作出正确诊断,1例不排除右心室型单心室,1例误诊为三尖瓣闭锁。结论二尖瓣闭锁二维超声心动图图像具有明显特征。

Objective to investigate 2DE imaging features of mitral atresia.Methods Six children with congenital mitral atresia were diagnosed by 2-dimensional ech ocardiography(2DE).Of them,4cases were compared with c ardioangiography and 3cases were demonstrated by operation.Results Four cases were diagnosed correctly by 2DE,one case couldn' t be excluded from single right ventr icle,and one case was misdiagnosed as tric uspid atresia.Conclusion2DE images of mitral atresia have obvious features.[
