静脉肾盂造影在无症状血尿与胡桃夹现象的表现及其临床价值

Intravenous Pyelography in a Symptomatic Hematuria and presentation of phenomenon of nutcracker and its clinical value

目的 为探讨无痛血尿的正确检查方法 ,研究胡桃夹现象的静脉肾盂造影 (以下简称IVP)表现。方法 选取 13例无痛性血尿患者进行IVP检查并结合B超检查对比两者在无痛性血尿及胡桃夹现象的诊断价值。结果 13例患者中IVP表现异常考虑胡桃夹现象有 6例 ,B超诊断 7例 (含IVP确诊的 6例 )。结论 对无痛性血尿IVP既能排除泌尿系结石、结核、畸形、肿瘤等疾病 ,又能显示肾盂肾盏饱满、排空延迟等表现对胡桃夹现象提出参考诊断依据 ,结合B超、临床进一步确定诊断。

Objective To explore the correct method to examine painless hematuria,to study the phenomenon of nutcracker of representation of intravenous pyelography(IVP).Methods 13 patients with painless hematuria were conducted IVP,and combined with the examination of B ultrasound,and compared the diagnostic value between the painless hematuria and the phenomenon of nutcracker.Results In 13 patients,the IVP abnormalities apperaed the phenomenon of nutcracker in 6 patients,7 patients were diagnosed by B ultrasound (included 6 patients diagnosed by IVP).Conclusion For painless hematuria,the IVP can exclude the urethral concretion,tuberculosis,abnormalities,tumor etc,and show the fullness of renal calices,the manifestation of empty delayed,which provide a diagnostic base for the phenomenon of nutcracker,combined with B ultrasound,and further made with the clinical final diagnosis.
