正心泰治疗心绞痛临床观察

The Clinical Effect of Zhengxintai in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris

目的 观察正心泰治疗心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 将心绞痛患者 12 0例随机配对分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组 60例 ,口服正心泰 ;对照组 60例 ,给予地奥心血康。所获数据经方差分析 ,求P值用t和X2 验。结果 治疗组心绞痛改善者占 95%、心电图改善者占 90 %及心绞痛、心电图改善及血液流变学指标方面与对照组比绞P <0 .5。结论 正心泰是临床治疗心绞痛较理想的中成药。

Objective To observe the clincal effect of zhengxintai in the treatment of Angina Pectoris.Methods 120 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into 2 groups: the experimental group and the control group. The cases in the experimental group were treated with zhengxintai,the cases in the control group were treated with diaoxinxuekang.The data obtained were tested.Results In the experimental group the clinical symptoms EKG and hemerheology improved better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Zhengxintai is an effective medicine in the treatment of angian pectoris.
