中药敷脐在腹部手术后对肠功能恢复的疗效观察

Curative Effect of Intestinal Function Restoration by Application Traditional Chinese Medicine to Umbilicus After Abodmen Operation

目的 观察中药敷脐在腹部手术后对肠功能恢复的疗效。方法 2 0 0例腹部术后患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 10 0例 ,除常规治疗外 ,利用中药研末敷脐 ;对照组 10 0例做常规治疗。所获数据经 χ2 检验。结果 治疗组肠鸣音恢复时间及肛门排气时间明显提前于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 中药敷脐有明显的促进术后肠功能恢复作用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of intestinal function restoration by application traditional Chinese medicine to umbiliuxe after abodmen operation. Methods Divide randomlly 200 patients who were operated in abodmens into two equal groups. One was the treatment group,which was applied traditional Chinese medicine to umbilicus in addition to routine treatment. The other was control group, which received only routine treatment. Results Restoration of intestinal sound and exhalation of anus of the treatment group was much more quickly than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Application of traditional Chinese medicine to umbilicus can obviously promote the effect.
