摘要
目的 观察祛风活血汤治疗跟骨刺的疗效。方法 将诊断跟骨刺的患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组用中药祛风活血汤治疗 ,对照组采用西药抗炎止痛。结果 总有效率治疗组为 80 % ,对照组为 4 6 .88% ,两组比较差异有显著性。结论 祛风活血汤治疗跟骨刺效果优于单纯西药治疗。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qufenghuoxuetang to treat heel spur. Methods The patients with heel spur were divided into the therapeutic group and the control group. The therapeutic group was given Qufenghuoxuetang while the control group only antiphlogistis medicine. Results The total response rate was 80% in the therapeutic group and 46.88% in the control group. There was obvious difference between two groups. Conclusion The effect of Qufenghuoxuetang is better than that of only western medicine.
