丹参注射液、脑活素联合治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病38例疗效观察

Curative Effect of Danshen Injection and Brain Active Element Treating HIE

目的 探讨丹参注射液、脑活素在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)中的治疗效果。方法 选择 6 6例患儿随机分为普通治疗组 (对照组 ) 2 8例 ,普通治疗合并丹参注射液、脑活素治疗组 (观察组 ) 38例 ,进行对比治疗观察。结果 观察组患儿意识恢复、反射恢复、肌张力恢复、平均住院天数 4项指标均明显优于对照组 ,差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 对于HIE在对症支持治疗的基础上加丹参注射液、脑活素治疗 ,疗效明显提高 ,神经系统后遗症明显减少 ,且在治疗过程中未见任何不良反应及副作用。

Objective To study the curative effect of danshen injection and brain active element in the treatment of HIE of newborns .Methods 66 sick newborns were randomly divided into two groups:the control group (28 cases),and the general treatment danshen injection and brain active element group (38 cases).A comparison of the curative effects between the two groups was made.Results The four indexes : the consciousness recovery , the reflex recovery, the muscular tension recovery and the average hospitalization days in the danshen injection and brain active element group were much better than those in the control group .The difference was obvious (P<0.01).Conclusion The curative effect can be improved in the treatment of HIE with danshen injection and brain active element.
