氟美松球后注射治疗原田病20例

Retrobulbar Injection of Dexamethasone for 20 Cases of Harda's Disease

目的 寻求治疗原田病的有效方法。方法 对 14例全身应用激素治疗效果不佳 ,2例合并糖尿病 ,4例合并高血压的原田病患者 ,给予球后注射氟美松 ,隔日 1次 ,5～ 10次。结果 治疗前视力手动指数 2 2眼 ,0 .0 1～ 0 .0 4者 13眼 ,治疗后增至 0 .2～ 0 .5者 2 6眼 ,0 .6～ 1.0者 5眼。结论 对全身应用激素治疗效果不好 ,或全身应用激素有禁忌证者 ,球后注射氟美松是治疗此病的有效方法。

Objective To study the effective methods for Harda's disease.Methods 14 cases of Harda's disease treated by hormone with bad effect, 2 cases complicated diabetes, 4 cases complicated hypertension were given retrobulbar injection of Dexamethaione, once two daysfor 5～10 times.Results Visions were higher, eye ground optoms were better.Conclusion To harda's disease patients whohave bad effect or contraindiction,receiving hormone,retrobulbar injection of dexamethasone is an effective method.
