淋病患者合并沙眼衣原体及解脲支原体感染556例检测结果分析

Analysis of Gonorrhea Patient Complicated with Ct and Uu Infection in 556 Cases

目的 了解淋病患者合并Ct或 (和 )Uu感染的情况。方法 应用PCR诊断技术对临床和实验室确诊的 5 5 6例淋病患者进行Ct和Uu检测。结果 5 5 6例淋病患者中 ,合并Ct或 (和 )Uu的总感染率为 60 .9% (339/ 5 5 6) ,其中Ct占 31.7% (176/ 5 5 6) ,Uu占 4 6.6% (2 72 / 5 5 6) ,有 10 9例同时合并Ct和Uu感染。结论 淋病患者易合并Ct或 (和 )Uu感染 ,已形成STD的流行趋势 ,在STD诊治中 ,特别是青中年患者应当把NG、Ct、Uu作为常规检测 。

Objective To comprehend the situation of gonorrhea patient complicated with Ct and Uu infection.Methods The detection of Ct and Uu by PCR was conducted in 556 gonorrhea patients diagnosed after clinic and laboratory examination.Results The total positive rates of complicating with Ct or (and) Uu was 60.9% (339/556) in 556 gonorrhea patients.176 with Ct (31.7% of the whole cases),272 with Uu (49.6% of the whole cases).109 cases with Ct and Uu at the same time.Conclusion The gonorrhea patients easily complicated with Ct and Uuinfetion.
