妇女更年期综合征的心理护理

Research on the Psychological Nursing Care on the Women with Climacteric Syndrome

目的 探讨妇女更年期综合征心理变化 ,以提高护理质量。方法 回顾分析 1995～ 2 0 0 0年间 986例具有临床症状体内分泌功能失调及植物神经功能紊乱所致的心身疾患。结果 986例妇女更年期综合征患者 ,通过心理疏导 ,均取得良好效果。结论 妇女更年期综合征患者的心理状态千差万别 ,复杂多变 ,掌握患者的心理需要 ,给予正确引导 。

Objective To investigate the psychological activity of the women with climacteric syndrome. Methods The clinical symptoms of 986 patients with climacteric syndrome in our hospital from 1995 to 2000 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Through psychotherapy to those patients, we got favorable effect. All of the patients had more significant difference than before. Conclusion The change of psychic reaction of the women with climacteric syndrome is different greatly. So it's a good way to grasp the patient's demand of mentality, to give them psychotherapy and to improve and enhance their self-confidence.
