A control box performance test system is introduced with 8031 Single Chip Microprocessor as the core component.Malfunctions are easier to find with this system.Compared with the usual manual inspection, both accuracy and efficiency have been greatly improved. This paper focuses on the hardware and software design technique of the system, and provides with hardware interface diagrams and software main flowcharts.
