复发性口腔溃疡患者血Cu、Fe、Zn含量分析

Content Analysis of Cu,Fe,Zn in the Blood of Patients with Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer(RAU)

目的 探讨微量元素在复发性口腔溃疡发病中的作用。方法 检测了 4 3例复发性口腔溃疡患者血清微量元素Cu、Fe、Zn含量 ,并与正常健康人相比。数据经方差分析 ,求P值经t检验。结果 复发性口腔溃疡患者血清Cu、Zn含量明显低于对照组 ,而Fe含量高于对照组。结论 提示缺Zn是诱发复发性口腔溃疡的因素之一。

Objective To study the function of traceelement on RAU.Methods The content of Cu,Fe and Zn in the serum of 43 cases of RUA patients were measured and compared with that of the healthy people.Results The content of traceelement Cu,Zn of the RAU group was lower than that of the control group,but the content of Fe was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The lack of Zn is one of the factors causing RAU.
