舒喘灵加酮替芬治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Salbutamol and Ketotifen for Children with Cough Variant Asthma

目的 观察舒喘灵和酮替芬对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。方法 88例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿 ,随机分为两组 ,治疗组 4 3例接受舒喘灵和酮替芬治疗 ,常规对照组 4 5例接受青霉素和急支糖浆治疗 ,治疗 3周 ,观察各组治疗效果。结果 治疗组有效率 ( 93% ) ,明显高于对照组 ( 2 4 .4 % ) ,两组疗效相比有显著性差异( χ2 =39.67,P <0 .0 0 5)。结论 酮替芬和舒喘灵对治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘是行之有效的 。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Salbutamol and Ketotifen for children patients with cough variant asthma (CVA).Methods 88 cases of CVA were randomly divided into 2 groups. 43 cases were treated by Salbutamol and Ketotifen, and 45 cases were treated by Penicillin and Syrup for acute bronchitis. 3 weeks later,the therapeutic effects were observed.Results The response rate in Salbutamol and Ketotifen group was obviously higher than the Penicillin and Syrup group.There was obvious difference between two groups (X 2=39.67,P<0.005).Conclusion Salbutamol and Ketotifen are effective to treat the children patients with CVA. They should be the routine medicines for this disease.
