产后尿潴留的护理体会

Experience in Nursing Patients with Postpartum Retention of Urine

目的 阐述非导尿法在处理产后尿潴留中的应用。方法 采用膀胱区热敷按摩加足三里注射新斯的明法促使病人排尿。结果 138例患者均在 15～ 30min内排尿。结论 膀胱区热敷按摩加足三里注射新斯的明治疗产后尿潴留效果确切可靠 。

Objective To explain the application of non-catheterization in treating postpartum retention of urine.Methods Using hot compress massage at bladder area and injecting xinsideming into the point of zusanli to spur the patients to micturate.Results Most of the patients micturate in 15～30 minutes.Conclusion The methods mentioned above is ideal to treat postpartum retention of urine.
