眩晕脑干听觉诱发电位51例分析

Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potentials in 51 Patients with Vertigo

目的 研究眩晕患者BAEP变化。方法 51例患者在发病 5d内进行BAEP检查。结果 眩晕患者BAEP异常率为 80 .4 % ,周围性异常 4 5.1% ,中枢性异常 2 3.1% ,混合性异常 11.8%。结论 脑干听觉诱发电位能敏感的反映听觉脑干功能 ,可区别周围性、中枢性、混合性引起的眩晕。

Objective To study the changes of brainstem auditory evoked potentials in patients with vertigo. Methods The brainstem auditory evoked potentials was performed on 51 patients with vertigo in 5 days after the onset.Results The abnormal rate of brainstem auditory evoked potentials was 80.4% in the vertigo group, the periphered abnormality was 45.1%, the central abnormality was 23.5%,the compound abnormality was 11.8%.Conclusion The brainstem auditory evoked potentials can sensitively reflect the brainstem auditory action,and can also distinguish the periphered,central and compound vertigo.
