蓖麻油引产餐用于晚期妊娠引产306例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Induced Labor Meal of Castor Oil on Induced Labor in Late Pregnancy in 306 Cases

目的 探讨蓖麻油对终止晚期妊娠的作用。方法 蓖麻油 4 0ml炒鸡蛋 ,空腹服一次 ,2 4h内观察结果 ,若无效再重复一次 ,所获数据经t检验或 χ2 检验。结果 发现蓖麻油引产餐能促进宫颈成熟 ,发动并增强子宫收缩 ,有效率达 94 .1% ,明显优于催产素引产 (P <0 .0 5)。服用蓖麻油引产餐到分娩结束的时间为 8.0 2± 3.85h ,显著短于催产素引产组 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 可使子宫肌细胞收缩 ,未成熟的宫颈逐渐成熟 ,成熟的宫颈逐渐扩张。利于医患合作 ,缩短产程 ,降低剖宫率 ,避免了使用催产素的繁琐和并发症。

Objective To study the effect of castor oil on ending the late prenancy.Methods Eggs were stir-fried in 40ml castor oil and taken in the state of empty abdomen ,then observe the result within 24 hours.If it was in vain, take again.t test or X 2 test was done to the statistics.Results Induced labor meal of castor oil could promote the mature of uterine neck,start and strengthen the shrinking of the uterus.The response rate reached 94.1%,which was much better than that of pitocin (P<0.05).The duration between the induced labor meal of castor oil taken and the end of parturition was 8.02±3.85 hours,which was much shorter than that of pitocin (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of induced labor meal of castor oil in planned parturition can promote the mature of uterine neck,strengthen the shrinking of the uterus.It is an effective method.
