西沙比利治疗新生儿呕吐疗效观察

Effect of Cisapride in the Treatment of Newborn Vomiting

目的 研究西沙比利对新生儿呕吐的疗效。方法 96例呕吐新生儿 ,用西沙比利混悬液 0 .3ml/(kg .次 ) ,每日 4～ 6次。对照组 10 0例呕吐新生儿 ,用常规方法治疗 ,两组进行比较。 结果 西沙比利治疗组有效率 91.8% ,对照组有效率 4 0 .0 %。呕吐消失时间 :治疗组 1.0 8± 0 .5天 ,对照组 2 .56± 1.53天。经统计学处理两组差异显著。结论 西沙比利治疗新生儿呕吐以胃食道返流疗效最好 ,可针对新生儿内科性呕吐在病因治疗基础上选用。

Objective To observe the effect of Cisapride in the treatment of newborn vomiting. Methods 96 newborns with vomiting in Cisapride group treated with Cisapride suspension (1mg/ml) 0.3ml/kg, 4-6 times daily 20 minunites before feeding were compared with the control group treated with the routine method. Results The effective rate (91.8% vs 40%) and the duration of vomiting (1.08±0.5 vs 2.56±1.53 days) of the Cisapride group and the control group were significantly different. Conclusion Cisapride has positive effect in the treatment of newborn vomiting.
