中药加肝肽治疗慢性重型肝炎疗效观察

The Curative Effect of Chinese Drugs and Hepatocyte Stimulating Substance Treating Chronic Severe Hepatitis

目的 观察中药加肝肽治疗慢性重型肝炎的临床疗效 ,寻求中西医结合治疗本病及其提高疗效的方法。方法 在保肝、支持、对症治疗基础上 ,口服清热解毒、凉血活血中药 ,同时静脉滴注肝肽。结果 治疗后总有效率 4 4 .4 4 % ,病死率 16 .6 7% ,对早、中期患者的有效率明显高于晚期患者 ,P <0 .0 5。其中治疗后Bill、ALT呈同步下降 ,PTA明显提高 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 中药加肝肽可改善患者临床症状 ,对血液多项生化指标的恢复具有显著作用 ,可提高患者的生存率 ;抓住时机尽早治疗是提高疗效的重要环节。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Chinese drugs and Hepatocyte Stimulating Substance (HSS) on Chronic Severe Hepatitis (CSH),and research the new method of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine on the disease. Methods On basis of liver-protection, supportive and expectation treatment,Chinese drugs of clearing away heat and toxic material, removing heat from the blood and promoting blood flow were given,simultaneously intravenous drip HSS. Results The total effective rate was 44 .44%, the mortality rate was 16.67% after treatment. The effective rate was obviously higher in patients of early and middle stage than late one,( P<0.05), after treatment Bill and ALT synchronistically fell and PTA obviously increased,(P<0.05). Conclusion Chinese drugs combining with HSS is an effective method of treating CSH. This method can promote the survival rate of patients.To seize the opportunity and early treatment is a key.
