中药胃炎合剂治疗胆汁返流性胃炎临床观察

Gastritis Mixture in the Treatment of Bile Reflux Gastritis

目的 研究中药胃炎合剂对胆汁返流性胃炎的疗效。方法 治疗组 10 0例用中药胃炎合剂治疗 ,对照组 10 0例用西药治疗 ,两组进行比较。结果 治疗组有效率 94 % ,对照组有效率 73% ,经统计学处理两组有效率差异显著。结论 具有增强机体免疫功能 ,促进胃液分泌 ,杀灭幽门螺杆菌的作用。

Objective To study the effect of gastritis mixture in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis.Methods 100 patients in the therapeutic group were treated with gastritis mixture,comparing with the control group treated with the western medicine.Results The effective rate (94% vs 73%) of the therapeutic group and the control group were significantly different. Conclusion Gastritis mixture has positive effect in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis.It can enhance the immune function of organism.
