丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)基因分型及序列动态变化研究

目的 研究HCV基因型别及序列动态变化。方法 采用HCV型特异性引物PCR扩增检测及HCVS’ -非编码区 (NCR)和核心区测序确定不同时间、不同病人HCV感染者血清标本的HCV型别 ,并进行序列分析和比较。结果 所测HCV基因型均为 1b和 2a型 ;HCV基因型随时间的推移发生 1b和 2a型的转换 ,且转换过程中有混合感染现象。同一型 5’ -NCR基因序列无变化 ,与时间和病人无关 ;核心区 1b型序列均相同 ,与时间和病人无关 ,2a型序列因病人而异。结论 HCV基因型的变化是多层次的 ,首先是型的变化 ,其次是准种 ,再次是不同的毒株。5’

Objective In order to study the genotype of HCV and aligning dynamic change.Methods PCR has been tested byHCV type unnormal initiator and HCV 5 - NCR and core area alignment were decided in different the. HCV type of gerum sample indifferent patients infected with HCV was analysed and compared. Results HCV genotypes were 1b and 2a type. As the time went by,HCV genotype 1b and 2a types could change and during the process of change the patients had mixed infectious appearance. The same5 -- NCR gene aligning type had no change and there were no relations with the the and patients; and 1b in the core area was also thesame and 2a type alignment was different in different people. Conclusion The change of genie alignmed has many types. First of all.it is changeable and then has different viruses 5 - BCR and core area alignment are conservative.
