微创切口胆囊切除术

Minilaparotomy Cholocystectomy

目的 介绍微创切口胆囊切除术 (MC)的操作要点及优越性。方法 回顾性比较分析 118例MC与 140例传统开腹胆囊切除术 (CC)的临床资料。结果 118例MC平均手术时间 4 5min ,平均出血量50ml,84 .7%的病人术后 2 4min内即有肛门排气 ,全部病人术后 2 4h能下床活动 ,2 7.1%的病人术后需用止痛药 ,无手术并发症 ,平均术后住院日为 5.2天。与CC相应指标比较 ,优越性显著 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 MC是治疗胆囊良性疾病的安全手术方法 ,具有损伤轻 ,恢复快 ,并发症少的优点 。

Objective To introduce the operative points and advantages treating patients with benign pathological changes of gallbladder by minilapparotomy cholecystectomy (MC). Methods The clinical data of 118 cases treated by MC and 140 cases treated by conventional cholecytectomy (CC) were analysed and compared retrospectively. Results In 118 cases MC,the average operative time was 45 minutes,the average hemorrhage was 50ml, 84.7% patients recovered their gastricintestinal function in postoperation 24 hours,all patients could get up to walk in postoperative 24 hours, only 27.1% of cases had to use analgesic,the average postoperative days in hospital were 5.2 days and there were no postoperative complications. It was better than that of CC (P<0.05). Conclusion MC is a perfect operation for the patients with benign pathological changes of gallbladder with slight trauma, less pain, quick recovery and less poastoperative complications.
