超声胆囊显像对腹腔镜胆囊切除术难易程度的分析与研究

Gallbladder Ultrasound Imagery Used in Analysing the Degree of Difficulty in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的 探讨超声胆囊显像与腹腔镜胆囊切除术难易程度的关系。方法 对 113例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术 ,分析B超显示胆囊大小、囊壁厚度、结石大小多少与切除术的关系。结果 腹腔镜胆囊切除术难易程度与胆囊周围粘连程度、胆囊壁厚度、胆囊纵径大小有关 ,与结石大小多少无关。结论 超声胆囊显像可预测腹腔镜胆囊切除术难易程度 。

Objective To explore the relationships between gallbladder ultrasound imagery and the degree of difficulty in laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC). Methods After 113 cases of LC, the relationships of LC with the size and thickness of gallbladder, the size and quantity of cholelith, which were shown under B-ultrasound,were analysed.Results The degree of LC were influenced by the adhesion degree around the gallbladder, the thickness of the gallbladder wall and the diameter of the gallbladder, but had nothing to do with the size and quantity of the cholelith.Conclusion The gallbladder ultrasound imagery can be used to predict the degree of difficulty in LC and LC can not be operated in the case of atrophy of gallbladder together with cholelith.
