中西医结合治疗多器官衰竭60例分析

Analysis on Treatment of 60 Cases of Multiple Organ Failure by Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的 研究中医中药在多器官衰竭 (MOF)中的治疗及预防作用 ,探索中西医结合治疗MOF的有效途径。方法 对该院重症监护病房收治的 60例MOF患者在常规治疗的同时 ,根据辨证论治的原则加用中药治疗。结果 60例MOF患者死亡率为 62 .5%。结论 与文献报道比较 ,两个及三个器官衰竭者死亡率有所降低 。

Objective To study the curative and preventive effects of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on multiple organ failure (MOF), and find an effective therapy of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine on MOF.Methods 60 cases of MOF in the intensive care unit, while receiving the routine mordern medical care and treatment,were given the treatmeat of traditional Chinese medicine under the principle of syndrome differentiation.Results The mortality of three-organ failure was 62.5%.While that of two-organ failure 34.8%.Conclusion The mortalities of three-organ and two-organ failure are lower than that has been reported in medical literature,which show that the combined TCM-WM is an effective therapy for MOF.
