中性红染色测定精子活率

目的 试图为精子活率的测定提供一种新的实验诊断方法。方法 对 149例精液标本分别进行伊红Y和中性红两种染色算出精子活率 ,并比较观察。结果 两种染色方法计算同一标本的精子活率 ,差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 中性红染色计算精子活率 ,结果可靠 ,重复性强 ,并能在光学显微镜下对活精子进行形态描述与识别 。

Objective To try to provide an experimental diagnostic methods to determine sperm viability.Methods To determine sperm viability of 149 cases of sperm samples in Neutral red staining,the results were compared with those in Eosin-Y staining.Results There was not much difference between them using these two methods to determine the sperm viability of the same sample.Conclusion Neutrat red staining calculating sperm viability is reliable,which is better than Eosin-Y staining.
