住院精神病人的心理护理

Psychological Nursing of Psychotic in Hospital

目的 探讨精神病人的心理护理效果。方法 根据精神病人不同住院阶段出现的心理问题 ,适时进行心理护理 ,所获数据经 χ2 检验。结果 观察组痊愈 2 8例 ,占 4 6.67% ,对照组痊愈 10例 ,占 2 5% ,两组间比较P <0 .0 1。结论 加强对精神病人的心理护理是进行临床治疗的基础 ,有助于患者康复 。

Objective To investigate the psychological nursing effect of the psychotitc. Methods On the grounds of the psychological problem of the psychotic appeared in different phrases in hospital, the psychological nursing were carried out in appropriate time, the obtained data were tested through χ 2.Results 28 cases of the observation group were cured, the cure rate was 46.67%; 10 cases of the control group were cured (25%). The difference was significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The increasing of psychological nursing to the psychotic is helpful to the patients' recovery, and it can shorten the treatment course.
