摘要
目的 针对肾病综合征患儿院内感染的因素 ,采取相应的监控和护理措施。方法 对肾病综合征病房引起院内感染的原因进行分析 ,定期进行空气及病室消毒 ,安装空调及换气设备 ,加强基础、饮食护理。结果 使院内感染发生率明显降低。结论 加强医德医风教育、饮食管理、基础护理 。
Objective To study the nursing measures, and the preventive and control measures of hospital infection in children with nephrotic syndrome.Methods The causes of hospital infection in wards of nephrotic syndrome were analyzed. Not only air and wards were disfected on time,but air exchanged equipment was used.In addition,basic meal nursing was enforced.Results The rate of hospital infection was decreased by 43.6%. Conclusion Enforcing meal regulation and basic nursing may help to decrease the hospital infection of children with nephrotic syndrome
